FAQ
Where are you located?
We perform at various venue locations. But the Arizona Broadway Theatre in Peoria is our favorite.
How does interactive dinner theater work?
When you arrive at the venue, you will present your ticket to our check-in desk. You will then be given a table assignment (tables can sit up to 10 people). One course of dinner is served between each act (i.e., Act one, salad course, Act two, Main entrée, Act three, Dessert and Act four). During the show, cast members randomly select audience member to participate in the show. During the meal portion, cast members interactive with the audience. Just prior to Act four, all audience members fill out and turn in their crime reports. A winner is randomly selected from those crime reports with the correct answers.
Will I be forced to participate?
While we’d love for you to jump in and play along—audience participation can make the night even more fun—it’s totally up to you. Participation is always optional, never required. Sit back or dive in either way, we promise you’ll leave with a night to remember!
Can I take pictures during the show?
Yes—photos are totally welcome! Just remember: no flash photography and no video recording during the show (the cast thanks you for keeping the spotlight where it belongs). Feel free to snap pics with the actors before or after the performance, or during intermission. Don’t worry—there are plenty of Instagram‑worthy (#murderandameal) moments throughout the night!
Are drinks included?
Alcoholic drinks aren’t included with your ticket, but don’t worry—our full bar has you covered! A variety of beverages are available for purchase, so you can sip on something fun while you enjoy the show.
How do I make sure I am seated with my group?
Seats are assigned in order to make sure that you are seated with your party. Please let us know at least 24-hour prior how many people are in your group and the names on the purchased tickets.
Can I just come for the show and not for the dinner?
Unfortunately no, the meal is always included.
Is smoking/vaping allowed inside?
For everyone’s comfort, smoking and vaping—including electronic cigarettes—aren’t allowed inside the venues. If you need to smoke, just step outside and then come back in to enjoy the show. Thanks for helping us keep the air clean and the good vibes flowing!
Should I tip my waiter?
Tips are always appreciated because acting lessons aren’t cheap!
How many people can sit at a table?
Normally we seat 8-10 per table, but we are happy to accommodate larger parties.
Is there a dress code?
We love when our guests dress the part! Business casual is encouraged, as many folks are here celebrating special occasions and we like to keep that festive atmosphere going. While shorts, baseball caps, beachwear, and pajamas are best left at home, think of this as your excuse to dress up for a fun night out. And costumes? Absolutely—those are always a hit!
Are the shows appropriate for children?
Every family has its own idea of what’s kid‑friendly, so there’s no one‑size‑fits‑all answer here. If our shows were movies, most would probably land in PG‑13 territory (take a peek at each show’s description for the details). They’re all meant to be fun, comedy-first performances—just with a few moments that might be better suited for teens and grown‑ups in the audience.
Do I have to purchase tickets in advance?
Tickets must be purchased in advance—and they do tend to go fast! To snag the date you want, we recommend booking as early as possible. Tickets are available online and can be purchased with Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Plan ahead, grab your seats, and we’ll see you at the show!
Are pets allowed at the venue?
Trained service animals performing a specific support service are welcome at the venue. As much as we love furry friends, pets will have to sit this one out. Please don’t bring them along or leave them in your car—Arizona heat and happy pets do not mix. Thanks for helping us keep everyone (two‑ and four‑legged alike) safe and comfortable!
