FAQ
Where are you located?
We perform at various venue locations.
How does interactive dinner theater work?
When you arrive at the venue, you will present your ticket to our check-in desk. You will then be given a table assignment (tables can sit up to 10 people). One course of dinner is served between each act (i.e., Act one, salad course, Act two, Main entrée, Act three, Dessert and Act four). During the show, cast members randomly select audience member to participate in the show. During the meal portion, cast members interactive with the audience. Just prior to Act four, all audience members fill out and turn in their crime reports. Winners are randomly selected from those crime reports with the correct answers.
Will I be forced to participate?
Although we would love you to join in on the show because it will add to your experience, you do not have to participate with our actors. Either way, we guarantee you’ll have a memorable night with us!
Can I take pictures during the show?
Yes, but we do not allow any flash photograph during the show. Feel free to snap photos with the actors before or after the show and during intermission. There are plenty of photo opportunities throughout the night!
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes! With advance notice we are able to accommodate pretty much all dietary restrictions. Please let us know of your party’s specific needs when purchasing tickets.
Are drinks included?
Drinks are not included in the ticket price. However, a full bar with drinks is available for purchase.
How do I make sure I am seated with my group?
Seats are assigned in order to make sure that you are seated with your party. Please let us know at least 24-hour prior how many people are in your group and the names on the purchased tickets.
Can I just come for the show and not for the dinner?
Unfortunately no, the meal is always included.
Is smoking/vaping allowed inside?
Sorry, no smoking or vaping is allowed inside any of our venues (this includes electronic cigarettes). If you want to smoke, you will have to step outside.
Should I tip my waiter?
Tips are always appreciated because acting lessons aren’t cheap!
How many people can sit at a table?
Normally we seat 8-10 per table, but we are happy to accommodate larger parties.
Is there a dress code?
We encourage a Business Casual attire for our theater guests. Many folks are celebrating very special occasions and we prefer to maintain that atmosphere. We do not recommend shorts, baseball caps, beachwear or pajamas. Please dress for a special night out. Costumes, of course, are always welcome!
Are the shows appropriate for children?
Since everyone has different ideas about what is okay for children, this is a tough question. Most of our shows would be rated PG-13 if they were movies (see each show description for rating). The shows are written and performed as comedies.
Do I have to purchase tickets in advance?
Advance purchase is required and shows do sell out quickly. To maximize your chances of getting the day that you prefer, please book well in advance! Tickets can be purchased online with Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
